Let me tell you a story.

After my third baby, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the woman staring back.

I felt… old.

Disconnected.

Like the fun part of my life was behind me.

I’d take my oldest to gymnastics class and sit on the sidelines, watching with a strange mix of joy and sadness.

Because deep down, I believed that chapter was closed for me. That it was her turn to live big—and mine to shrink into the background.

But one day, I got mad.

I thought, “Wait a minute—I’m not old... I’m just out of shape... And I can get back into shape.”

And that thought changed everything.

I started stretching on my own. I joined an adult gymnastics class. I set a goal: get my splits (something little-me never did). My body hurt, sure—but instead of backing off, I got stronger. I hit the weights 4–5 times a week. I stretched. I trained. I sweat. I showed up.

And slowly, I transformed.

Now? I’m 43. I’m stronger and more flexible than I’ve ever been. My body doesn’t ache. My cardio, strength, and flexibility are all 🔥. I do handstands, flips, calisthenics tricks—things I never thought I’d learn as an adult.

But more than that, I feel alive.

I feel powerful.

And my kids? They look at me and see a badass mom who isn’t afraid of aging—who’s just getting started.

That’s why I started Salt City Calisthenics.

Because this kind of training didn’t just change my body.

It brought me back to myself.

And now I help other women do the same. Moms who feel lost. Women who feel like their best years are behind them. Beginners who are scared but ready. This is a space for you. To reclaim your body. To remember your power. To surprise the hell out of yourself.

Because it’s not too late. You are not too old. You’re just out of shape—and you can fix that.

I’m living proof.
