1) Choose your session type:

Beginner Gymnastics Strength & Flexibility Training

Ideal for those starting their adult gymnastics journey! We’ll focus on building foundational strength, gymnast core and compression strength, flexibility, & mastering the basics. I recommend 60-minute sessions for beginners to ensure we cover all the essentials.

Advanced Gymnastics Strength, Flexibility & Skills Training

Ready to level up? These sessions are perfect for those looking to advance in gymnastics, calisthenics, and/or hand-balancing. I recommend 30- or 60-minute sessions for skills-only training, or 60 minutes if you'd like to include strength and flexibility work.

Kids Gymnastics, Calisthenics & Handstand Training

Tailored for kids and teens, these sessions make learning gymnastics and calisthenics fun while focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance/coordination. I recommend 30-minute sessions for kids and 30-60 minutes for teens, depending on their goals.
