We’ll work on beginner-friendly skills like headstands, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, aerials, walkovers, and even handsprings! Whether you’re brand new or brushing up on old skills, this class will have you feeling strong, flexible, and forever young!

Calisthenics Tricks | An all-levels class for anyone eager to work toward those awe-inspiring calisthenics moves— human flag, planche, dragon flag, front/back levers, pistol squats, and handstands! Whether you're just starting out or leveling up, this class provides regressions and progressions for EVERY SKILL, giving you the tools to safely and effectively build strength, mobility, and control. Get ready to work on the skills you've always dreamed of—no matter your starting point!

Walkover Workshop | Ready to level up your bridges, backbends, and walkovers? This class is your one-stop-shop for building the strength, mobility, and technique needed for beautiful front and back walkovers! We’ll spend the first half of class unlocking shoulder, spine, and hip flexibility with targeted stretches, and the second half diving into drills, kickovers, and spotted walkover progressions. Whether you’re a total beginner or fine-tuning your form, this class will help you bend, kick, and flow with confidence!

Handstand Lab: A Progressive Series for Mastering Handstands | This 4-week series is for those ready to take their handstand practice to the next level! Each week, we’ll focus on a different handstand element to accelerate your progress—Handstand Foundations: Finding the Float, Balance vs. Counter-Balance, Arch Handstands, and Hip Roll & Press Handstands. *Prerequisite: Must be able to hold a free-standing handstand & safely cartwheel out. If you’re just beginning your handstand journey, I recommend starting with my Adult Gymnastics class.
