Years ago, I was exactly where you are—stuck. I grew up doing gymnastics, but I was never naturally strong, flexible, or particularly gifted. I couldn’t hold a free-standing handstand without walking, and my flexibility was always lacking.
When I started training seriously in my 30s, I was completely out of shape. I couldn't do a push-up or a sit-up. I committed to building strength from the ground up, improving my flexibility, and mastering my handstand step by step.
That transformation inspired me to create a system that works—a system I’ve spent the last 10 years refining and sharing with hundreds of adults just like you.
