Hi! I'm Amber!

At 30, I felt completely disconnected from my body. It didn’t move the way it used to — weak, tight, and achy. After having three kids, I found myself thinking, “Maybe this is it.” But deep down, I refused to accept that and instead told myself, “You’re just out of shape, and you can get back into shape.” That moment changed everything.

Back in my 30s, I couldn’t do a single push-up or sit-up. My core was weak with ab separation from having babies, my hips were frozen, and my shoulder mobility was nearly non-existent. It was through gymnast-inspired strength and flexibility training that I completely rehabilitated my body. My goal was to learn handstands, but what I didn’t expect was how gymnastics strength training would transform my entire body — right side-up!

Fast forward to my 40s, and I’m now in the best shape of my life with zero aches and pains. I have all three splits, a full bridge, and a flat pancake. I feel strong, flexible, and energized.
